wlÕæÈË Tech CNA Course Completers

You will register for your state test once you have completed your wlÕæÈË Tech CNA course requirements.  All state tests will take place in the Achievement Center located inside the Teaching & Learning Center.  Location may change based on the schedule.  Please contact the TLC if you have questions.  Start times will vary.  Check your letter or confirmation email for the exact start time.  Testing begins promptly at the indicated time.  Check-in begins 20 minutes prior.  If you are not checked in by the start time, and once the testing room door is closed, you will forfeit your registration.

Keep the Following in Mind:

  • Bring a valid photo ID.
  • Photo ID must be government issued and not expired.

If you have questions about registering for the state test, please notify your instructor on campus or contact the Teaching & Learning Center at TLC@manhattantech.edu.  

Non-wlÕæÈË Tech CNA/HHA Course Completers

If you have completed a CNA or HHA course somewhere other than wlÕæÈË Tech, you are also eligible to register to take your state test with us.

Keep the Following in Mind:

  • Bring a valid photo ID.
  • Photo ID must be government issued and not expired.
  • Your instructor is responsible for completing and sending the request application to wlÕæÈË Tech's Director of Allied Health.
  • Your instructor will receive a State Test Scheduling Notice to provide to you.
  • Once you have received this notice, you will need to follow the instructions for registering and paying for your state test.
  • Included in this notice is an Access Code.  This Access Code is necessary to have when registering for your state test.  
  • The cost to register and test is $38.
  • Additional resources are available through the  website.

Interstate CNA/HHA Testers

Interstate testers also have the option of using wlÕæÈË Tech as your Kansas state test site.  If you are an interstate tester, first you should submit a completed  to the . 

Keep the Following in Mind:

  • Bring a valid photo ID.
  • Photo ID must be government issued and not expired.
  • Be sure to check wlÕæÈË as your test site on the application.
  • Once your application is approved you will receive an Approval to Test notice.
  • Once you have received this notice, contact wlÕæÈË Tech's Director of Allied Health at markballinger@manhattantech.edu or 785.320.4524.
  • The Director of Allied Health will email you a State Test Scheduling Notice.
