If you are unable to login, please email our Help Desk at helpdesk@manhattantech.edu with the following information:

  • First and Last Name 
  • Student ID Number (If Accessible)

The IT Help Desk provides information technology support to the students, faculty, and staff of the wlÕæÈË campus. Students, faculty, and staff use the IT Help Desk Portal to submit support requests to IT in the following areas:

  • Managed Computing
    • We support faculty, staff, and student desktops and network printing services in all departments of the MATC campus.
  • Computing Labs
    • We manage all of the shared and departmental computing labs.
  • Datacenter and Web Services
    • We maintain the MATC data center as well as all college database servers.
